UK Growth Lower Than Expected

Poor old Alistair Darling, I wonder if he’s glad he got handed the poison chalice of stewardship of an economy in decline? In his first budget as Chancellor of the Exchequer, he had to announce lower than expected projected growth, so perhaps he needs a new suit to fit this change?
